QueenOrDie takes the chess piece you already know how to move — Pawn, Knight, Bishop, Rook, Queen, King — and drops it into a board that won't sit still.

Every piece keeps its real chess movement.
A Rook still fires along its row and column.
A Bishop still cuts the diagonal.
A Knight still jumps in L's.

But instead of a calm 1v1 match, you're facing waves of advancing pawns and enemy pieces on a board that keeps pushing forward — closer to Tetris or Space Invaders than a chess clock.

Three ways to play

• Rush — three escalating levels per piece, real-time leaderboard.  Learn the piece, then prove it under pressure.

• Conquest — climb through Bronze, Silver and Gold, chaining all six pieces into one run.

• Infinite — no finish line. Survive endless waves of escalating difficulty and chase your best run.

Six pieces, six rhythms : the Pawn's slow grind forward, the Knight's unpredictable jumps, the Bishop and Rook's long-range precision, the Queen's total board control, the King's careful step-by-step survival — where reaching the far edge and promoting a pawn into a Queen is the ultimate goal.

Early test build

This is an early, in-development version — a first public test ahead of the mobile release later this year. To let everyone explore everything during this test phase, all levels are unlocked and free to play — normal level-by-level progression will return once the game leaves testing.

How to play

Click a highlighted tile to move or capture — each piece only lights up the tiles it can legally reach, exactly like chess. Chain captures, keep your combo alive, and don't let the board catch up to you.
